- Apply beauty products such as makeup and perfume before wearing jewelry.
- Always remove your jewelry before bathing or swimming.
- Keep jewelry from hitting hard objects to avoid the gemstones from cracking or breaking.
- Using the jewelry care cloth included in your Rich Earth Jewelry box, regularly wipe your pieces after each use.
- Store your jewelry in your Rich Earth Jewelry box or store separately in other, non-plastic jewelry containers.

Each Rich Earth Jewelry piece has a warranty of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
The warranty coverage is limited to:
(a.) Re-plating / retouching of metals;
(b.) Replacement of loose / broken findings due to regular / normal use of the product.
Important Information: Our warranty does not entitle you to receive a replacement / refund for lost or stolen items, as well as cracked / broken gemstones due to incidental or intentional damage.
